    For the past 2 months I have been having a green smoothie every morning and I LOVE IT! For me, a green smoothie is a great protein boost for my vegan diet. 

    A green smoothie is a smoothie that is blended with fresh leafy green vegetables such as kale, collards and spinach. Green smoothies are super healthy because they contain leafy green vegetables which are said to be healthiest food on the planet! Leafy greens are full of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and plant-based substances that have been proven to protect against many diseases and ailments. Most people like to add fruit to their green smoothies to make them sweeter and tastier! 

- 1/2 banana (frozen)
- 2 kiwi
- 1 cup collard greens
- 1 cup water
- 1 scoop of organic raw hemp protein powder 

1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend.
