MOTIVATION FOR HEALTHY LIVING

        Healthy living can be difficult if you do not have the motivation necessary to continuously make healthy choices. First things first, you need to figure out why you want to live a healthy lifestyle. What is your motivation for living healthy? Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to look good in a bathing suit? Do you want to heal your mind, body and spirit? Do you want to feel energetic and lively? Do you want to look and feel younger? Whatever your reasons may be, you need to make sure you are aware of your reasons and be able to constantly remind yourself why healthy choices are important to you. You may want to put up pictures and phrases around your house that will motivate you to take the actions necessary to make the right choices to allow yourself to be the person you want to be and feel the way you want to.

Do not wait until tomorrow, start NOW because the present moment is all you really have. Be proud of each and every healthy choice you make and do not beat yourself up for not being perfect.
