     Putting the blame on others is one of the biggest mistakes we can make and is detrimental to our own health. When we blame others for unfortunate circumstances or events in our life or in the world, we are giving them 'power' over us and taking away our own 'power' which is necessary to make positive changes. 

     On the contrary, when we take ownership for each and every choice we make as well as the actions we take, then we are aware that if things do not go as planned it is up to us to make the changes.

     At first it may seem easier to blame our nutritionist for gaining weight, our teacher for failing a test, our parents for our poor relationship skills or our partner for cheating on us. It tends to be easier because once we blame someone else we automatically believe that it is no longer our problem and that the other person needs to fix things or they will be replaced.

Start THINKING positively. Begin taking ownership of your life the way it is right NOW. If you are not happy then YOU NEED TO MAKE CHANGES.
