SOME LIKE IT HOT

    I feel great! Just got back from the sauna, a great post workout treat! One thing I have learned is that it is important to drink lots of water before going into the sauna, especially after working out. Today it is COLD, CLOUDY and RAINY, what better way to counteract crappy weather than going into a sauna?! 

SAUNA

 - Relieves stress
- Gets rid of toxins
- Aids in weight loss
- Relaxes muscles and joints
- Cleans skin
