RAW CHOCOLATE PUDDING PIE - OH MY!

     This recipe is a healthy, quick and simple recipe to put together. If you love chocolate, pudding and cute little pies then you will absolutely love this recipe! With only 5 ingredients and no baking necessary you will have yourself a delicious Chocolate Pudding Pie.

CHOCOLATE PUDDING

INGREDIENTS
- 3 medjool dates, pitted (soaked for 15mins)
- 1/2 cup agave nectar
- 3/4 avocado
- 1/3 cup cacao powder

PREPARATION
1. Blend avocado until smooth. 
2. Add dates and blend. 
3. Add agave nectar and blend until smooth.
4. Add cacao powder until all mixed together.   
 
 (This is when you would add the 3 medjool dates I forgot)
This chocolate pudding is a great dessert on its own. 
Add it to a pie crust and it is a little more fancy :)

PIE CRUST

INGREDIENTS
- 3 medjool dates, pitted (soaked for 15 mins)
- 1/2 cup pecans

PREPARATION
1. Chop and blend pecans.
2. Add dates and blend. 
3. Press into pie plate.


CHOCOLATE PUDDING PIE

***NOTE*** The picture below is from another time I made these pies. The pudding is much more smooth because the dates were not forgotten! They dates make the pudding much tastier and allow the ingredients to blend better. I do not mind pudding with extra texture, but many like their pudding smooth with no chunks, just blend, blend, blend away! :) 


Put in fridge for at least one hour and then enjoy :)
