GREENS - Dark leafy green vegetables contain chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals, fiber, enzymes, digestible proteins, and phytonutrients.

BERRIES - Berries are a great source of antioxidants and phytonutrients. Some berries are said to protect skin from aging as well as prevent the spread of certain cancer cells.
CACAO - Cacao is the raw form of chocolate. Not only is it delicious but it is full of antioxidants and minerals such as sulfur and magnesium. You can eat cacao in powder form or even as nibs (chopped up cacao beans).

MACA - Maca root is related to the radish and turnip family and has been a medicinal source for 2,000 years. Maca is loaded with phytonutrients, fiber, macronutrients, protein, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Maca is also sold in powdered form and thus easy to add to a smoothie.
