- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tsp lemon, juice
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
1. Soak cashews for at least 3 hours.
2. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. If using a food processor then first blend broccoli and then work your way down the list, adding one new ingredient at a time, blend until smooth.
Garnished with a sprinkle of hemp seed :)
