- 4 medjool dates
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp agave nectar
1. Soak dates in water for 10 minutes.
2. Remove pits from dates and spread open dates to be stuffed.
3. In food processor, chop and mix pecans, coconut and agave nectar.
4. Stuff dates with pecan mixture.
Pecans, shredded coconut & agave nectar.
These can be part of a healthy breakfast,
a midday snack, or even a dessert!
