FEAR & LOVE

WE ARE CONNECTED BY LOVE.
                        WE ARE DISCONNECTED BY FEAR.

I believe that the world today is no place for an innocent being to be born into. The world in which we live is so polluted with evil, hatred, anger and love's worst enemy, FEAR. The world is full of fears that are pulling many down paths, leading them to pain and darkness. Where is the love?  The world that we are in is the reason why we begin to disconnect with who we innately are. We may become disconnected from each other and even ourselves because of FEAR. Fear is defined as a perceived threat, a threat that causes one to go into survival mode. When we fear something we tend to hide or run.  Fear can stunt our personal growth postpone or prevent the achievements of our goals and may cause us to run away from experiences and opportunities in life that will bring us LOVE.

I look around, I watch, I listen. I take in the world around me and I realize that we are all connected by LOVE. Love brings people together. During the holidays, birthday and anniversary celebrations there is so much joy, so much love. Where does it go when we are not together, when the celebrations are over? Why is it that we only feel love for our family and close friends? What will it take for us to realize that every living being we pass by in this world is equal to us and connected to us by love. We are born into this world innocent, full of love and open-minded. We are born with the potential to love all beings and a heart that was meant only to love. What happens to us in this journey of life on Earth? We learn to fear. I believe that fear is a learned behaviour that can be conquered by unconditional love and faith

By making peace with and acknowledging our fears we can begin to gain the strength and courage that we need to face them. If we focus on the love that is inside everyone, then we will realize how easy it is to love everyone. When we see love in others we are able to treat them with kindness, show them respect, and forgive them for their mistakes.  Focusing on the love within others makes it impossible to judge them and I believe that the only person we have a right to judge is oneself and that judgements are based on fears. If we are constantly judging others then we are not seeing the love that is inside them or quite possibly we do not love ourselves enough to recognize the love that is in others.

I believe that the most powerful love is the humble and unconditional love of oneself. If we do not love ourselves then we cannot express true love, and true love has the power to rid us and the world of fear and all of the damage that comes with it.

"There are two basic motivating forces: fear and love. When we are afraid, we pull back from life. When we are in love, we open to all that life has to offer with passion, excitement and acceptance. We need to learn to love ourselves first, in all our glory and our imperfections. If we cannot love ourselves, we cannot fully open to our ability to love others or our potential to create. Evolution and all hopes for a better world rest in the fearlessness and open-hearted vision of people who embrace life. "

THE TRUTH IS, THE WORLD IS FULL OF LOVE,
WE JUST NEED TO ACKNOWLEDGE IT,
EMBRACE IT AND ACT ON IT.
