      This is a wonderful raw soup that is full of nutrients. This soup takes under 10 minutes to make and you do not even need the stove. Although this soup is not cooked and hot, it is a warm meal because of the warming foods it contains, almond butter, garlic and cinnamon.

- 1 cup sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 3 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 lemon, juice
- 2 tbsp agave nectar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch sea salt

1. Blend sweet potato in food processor with carrots. 
2. Add garlic, lemon juice, agave nectar, cinnamon and sea salt. Blend. 
3. Add almond butter and blend. 
4. Add water and blend. 
5. Blend on high until smooth. 

 Toss on some pumpkin seeds for a little crunch :)
