     If you have a sweet tooth and you are looking for a quick and healthy fix then this is the recipe for you! This Date Mousse can be eaten with a spoon or even as a delicious dip with apples or other wonderful fruits.

- 1 banana
- 7 medjool dates
- 2 tbsp almond butter

1. Remove pits from the dates and soak dates in water for 15 minutes, then pat dry. 
2. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. 

This is a dippin' delight :D
