DAY #20 - 30 DAY LOW FAT RAW VEGAN CHALLENGE


 BREAKFAST = 10 BANANAS
 LUNCH = 10 BANANAS
DINNER = 10 BANANAS
SUMMARY OF DAY #20

I used to think 30 bananas was an insane amount of bananas but I could easily have 60 a day! 30 bananas is approximately 3,000calories and I know it is important to get enough calories to survive on Banana Island. I feel really good today and have loads of energy! I prefer eating bananas with a spoon or drinking them instead of chewing them. I will not lie and say this is easy, but I am sure looking forward to saying that it was worth it :)
