A couple weeks ago I went to visit one of my besties and we created some delicious raw vegan collard wraps. Collard greens are giant, green leaves :) They are super healthy and delicious and do a great job at holding together stuffed veggies and pates. This is not a recipe post, but rather just an 'idea' post. Next time you are craving a wrap, try using giant, organic, nutrient rich collard leaves. In order to make the wrapping process easier, make sure you thin out the stem by turning the leaf face down and taking a knife and gently shaving off most of the stem just to thin it out. Then simply load up your leaf with fresh veggies, sprouts, hummus or even nut spreads. Wrap and roll and you're good to go :)
